To Owner's at High Meadow Brookfield

The town referendum for budget and bonding vote has been set for Tuesday 5/21/2013. The sewer bonding approval that we (the High Meadow Tax District) have been working towards these last 3 years will be a separate line item on this ballot. Whether you vote for or against the town and school budgets, the High Meadow Tax District Board urges you to please make the effort to vote in favor of the sewer extension. For those Owner's who may be new to High Meadow - the installation and hook up to town sewer system is a must if we are to avoid an estimated $1.8 million dollar cost to us, to rebuild our 27 year old fields.

Other activities of interest:
The rotted wooden retaining wall along one side of the pond on East View is being replaced with a rock retaining wall. The thought is to avoid future replacement of wooden ties, to blend cosmetically with the pond setting and to allow a better handling of down spout run off.

The Board has entered an agreement to have the far tennis court resurfaced. At this time a new basketball set up will be incorporated onto one end of this court.

The date for pool opening has been set for Fri. May 24. pending receipt of our permit from the town.

We will be renewing our service contract to have regular spraying for bees in the pool area.

The TD Annual Owner's Meeting will be held 5/23/13. You will receive separate mailing from Imagineers in advance of the meeting.
